Do you have a special needs adult child or a loved one needing healing? Do not give up, for God is in the healing business. Give your loved one up to God and leave him/her in his hands. We learn from the Bible that God still heals today, and it behooves you and me to activate our faith and believe God for the impossible. The following verses show that God’s purpose was always to forgive and heal his people.
Exodus 15:26 – This verse is one of the first instances where God identifies Himself as a healer: “He said, ‘If you listen carefully to the Lord your God and do what is right in his eyes, if you pay attention to his commands and keep all his decrees, I will not bring on you any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, who heals you.'”
Matthew 4:23 – This verse highlights Jesus’ ministry of healing, demonstrating God’s healing power through His Son: “Jesús went throughout Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom, and healing every disease and sickness among the people.” Jesus healed people suffering from various diseases including severe pain, paralysis, demonic possession, and seizures,
These two scripture verses show that healing was important to God and that you and l receive healing when we utilized faith and belief in what God can do. With God all things are possible even the healing of your loved ones.
